Dr Britten Lockie​
Dr Britten Lockie is a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for large animal reproduction and productivity. Known for his practical approach and commitment to improving herd performance, Britten works closely with producers to maximise the health, fertility, and efficiency of their livestock.

When he's not out in the paddock or in our clinic, you'll find him on the rugby pitch, or spending time with his wife Amelia and many animals. Whether you're seeking reliable and dedicated veterinary care or collaboration with other stakeholders within your business, BL Veterinary Services brings experience, integrity, and a genuine love for the industry to every job. Britten believes that when you call our practice, you should be able to reach our vets directly. This is a fundamental model we work by.
Amelia Lockie
Amelia has recently transitioned from her role in agribusiness banking to fully immerse herself into BL Veterinary Services. With a Bachelor of Agriculture, majoring in livestock production and agribusiness, and a background in data collection and banking, she is dedicated to analysing data and enhancing profitability, ensuring that the information collected is impactful.
When she is not behind the computer looking at data or out vet nursing with Britten, she enjoys riding horses, playing rugby, and spending quality time her husband and animals. Her passion for both the Agricultural Industry and competitive nature shines through in everything she does.
